Breakdown: They're the National Record Holders, and are entering here to lower that time even more. If the stick passes are clean, its a race against the clock, however, the field is close enough, that any struggle will open up the door for a big upset.

Top Seed: Paul Robeson, NY @ 3:53.16
Breakdown: Robeson has a long day ahead of them, in both relays and the 55m. They'll have a loaded field from the PSAL chasing them, and Benjamin Cardozo at full strength could make a major jump. Medgar Evers and Chris Columbus are right there in their heat, looking for any blood in the water to pounce on.

Top Seed: Notre Dame Academy, NY @ 9:15.25
Breakdown: US #2-3-4 will do battle once again, after fighting at the Dr. Sander Invite the week before. Notre Dame Academy is slowly becoming a force as the season moves on, with the projected top returning teams falling behind. One of those teams, Shenendehowa, is in the field, and will look to prove why they won the State Title last year, with three of those four legs back this year. Ward Melville and Fayetteville-Manlius, the other two favorites based on last year, are not in the field. Greenwich looks to be the top outside team, but star anchor, Emily Philippides, is not entered as a relay leg currently.
