Complete Millrose Mile Preview, Plus Four More Things We're Excited For

Boys Relays

4x200m

Top Seed: Bullis, MD @ 1:27.44

Breakdown: The power team Bullis headlines both the National Leaders, and the Millrose Games.  The race is a who's-who of the event at the National Level, and a perfect rematch from the VA Showcase.  Will history repeat itself?

4x400m

Top Seed: East Orange Campus, NJ @ 3:16.60

Breakdown: They're National Leaders, and for good reason.  Just 0.51seconds where they left off last year, they are looking to move up from #9 in the All-Time lists.  Why wait for Nationals?  Newburgh will be sure to give them a run, but Orange is racing the clock.

4x800m

Top Seed: Northport, NY @ 7:55.79

Breakdown: They are the top returning team in the country for 4x800m, but only US #4 right now.  It's time to kick start things for Northport, and Millrose is the perfect place.  Their anchor will be in the Mile, so either he'll be tired or replaced, which could open door.  Of course, there is an X-Factor.  Millrose has brought in a team from Guyana to compete, and if they are anything like the Jamaican's at Penn Relays, this could go very, very fast.
