State of the Action: What a way to cap off a season. The race saw two great marks being set. Chris Nowak attempted to blow away the field early, and with him crossing the first 800m in a personal best of 1:55.65 (his prior best outdoors was 1:59.66), the race looked locked up. But Ben Bulkeley never gave up hope, and closed as best he could. When things closed up in the final 50m, it became a sprint for the line, and Bulkelely saw the line unencumbered with 10m to go.
