State of the Action: The defending regional champion is back in the race, and Aislinn Devlin doesn't look to have slowed down in the past year.  She has a healthy gap on the field, and can compete against the top New Yorkers.  PA is looking to go 1-2, as Anna Juul took third last year, making the team.  Add in two girls from neighboring New Jersey, in Olympia Martin and Rachel Vick, and you could see the tri-state sweep.  Looking to upset that balance is Caroline Fischer of New Hampshire, who has been looking strong as of late.

With only five slots on the line, and few of the top individuals with teams in contention, it may just be the top five finishers this year.
