Proving the depth of the event in one of the only States to do the full 400m hurdles, we have three separate State Champions in the event. Debbie Boerke put down a huge personal best in the Class Finals, to capture the D1 State Title, while Justina Sanders-Schifano would do just the same to win D2. Both heading back to the Fed Finals, first year hurdler Alyssa Sandy saw her opportunity to grab a title of her own, and sprinted towards the line after all three girls came over the final hurdle dead even. All three have cracked into the Top 30 All-Time for the event. |
