It was an amazing weekend for Luke Gavigan, who seems to be having a mirror image season as compared to last year.  In 2014, Gavigan tore up in the indoor season, hammered Penn, only to have a dissappointing finish at Loucks.  But in 2015, Loucks would be Gavigan's breakout party, after a stellar leg in the DMR, he comes back to win the Mile.  No longer is he sit and kick, as he could be seen running from the front early in the race.
