An out-of-stater is sure to win the High Jump, as the field is led by several over 6-5. Bashir Sanders (Weequahic, NJ) leads the field over Mike Morrow (Danbury, CT) Unlike the HJ, the Pole Vault looks to be a rematch of the Indoor State Meet. Derek DiBona (Warwick) leads the field by personal best, but Indoor State Champ Ryan Herrera-Murphy joins Iona Prep teammate Matt Fay to challenge. Don't sleep on Chris Rough (Westhill, CT) either, as he has hit 15-10. | |||||

Jaelen Vasquez (Cardinal Hayes) has already hit 62-1 in the Shot this season, and will look to improve upon that this Saturday. Vasquez also finds himself as the State Leader in the Discus, currently at 164-8. The hammer throw looks to be the best competition of the throws, as Bobby Colantonio (Woonsocket, RI) and Owen Russel (Moses Brown, RI) look to toe off over 220-0 feet. Likewise, John Putnam (Massapequa) looks to be the clear favorite in the Javelin, with a best of 206 feet. | |||||
