We are only taking times from the 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 seasons (Indoor and Outdoor are acceptable) Times from Indoor 2010 through Indoor 2011 will be acceptable for entries in all events, including High School performances for Freshmen. Please list in an email the following: School Name, Coach’s Name, Coach’s email, Athlete’s Name, Event, Seed Performance, Competition Name, Competition Date and link to site where I can find the result. This does not guarantee admittance to the meet. We will stick pretty closely to the numbers listed on the next page as far as accepted numbers per event. Championship Sections are limited to: Top 12 in the 200m (3 heats of 4 - slow to fast), 400m (3 heats of 4 - slow to fast), 800m (One Section), One Mile Run (One Section) and the Top 15 in the 3,000m (One Section) – all others will be placed in the earlier sections Alternates: We do have an alternate list that we use for the day of the meet – Alternates will check in when the event is called, alternates will be added to events as scratches are accepted for each event based on the order of the alternate list. There are no alternates in the field events or 5,000m runs and no one moves to the championship section the day of the meet due to scratches Check-in/Scratches: All entries including alternates should do so at the check-in or scratch at the check-in table. No athletes will be moved to the championships section once the fields are set.
