All seeds must be available on TFRRS from this year or last year.  Those that red-shirted last year or are Freshman this year – you must send link for proof of performance.  We are only taking times from the 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 seasons (Indoor and Outdoor are acceptable)

Times from Indoor 2010 through Indoor 2011 will be acceptable for entries in all events, including High School performances for Freshmen.  Please list in an email the following: 
School Name, Coach’s Name, Coach’s email, Athlete’s Name, Event, Seed Performance, Competition Name, Competition Date and link to site where I can find the result.  

This does not guarantee admittance to the meet.  We will stick pretty closely to the numbers listed on the next page as far as accepted numbers per event.  
 	
Championship Sections are limited to: Top 12 in the 200m (3 heats of 4 - slow to fast), 400m (3 heats of 4 - slow to fast), 800m (One Section), One Mile Run (One Section) and the Top 15 in the 3,000m (One Section) – all others will be placed in the earlier sections
 
Alternates: We do have an alternate list that we use for the day of the meet – Alternates will check in when the event is called, alternates will be added to events as scratches are accepted for each event based on the order of the alternate list.  There are no alternates in the field events or 5,000m runs and no one moves to the championship section the day of the meet due to scratches

Check-in/Scratches: All entries including alternates should do so at the check-in or scratch at the check-in table.  Circle number next to name to check-in and cross out name to scratch.   
 
On Wednesday, January 19, 2011 a list of accepted entries will be emailed to the.
No athletes will be moved to the championships section once the fields are set.
Scoring – top 8 in all events (10, 8, 6. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1) (non-seeded heats can break in)
 
Awards – top team: Men & Women MVP’s for both Track and Field events
 
Event minimum standards for entry (Men/Women)
60m – Top 64 times
60m HH – Top 48 times
200m – no times slower than 23.75 / 27.50 up to Top 52
400m – no times slower than 53.00 / 64.00 up to Top 52
500m – no times slower than 1:07.95 / 1:19.95 up to Top 30
800m – no times slower than 2:01.00 / 2:29.50 up to Top 34
1,000m –up to Top 30
One Mile Run – no times slower than 4:38.0 / 5:45.0 up to Top 34
3,000m – no times slower than 9:25.0 / 11:20.0 up to Top 30
5,000m – no times slower than 16:30.0 / 20:30.0 up to Top 25
4x400m – no limits – multiple teams are permitted (B,C,D teams….)
DMR – Top 15 schools (“B” teams only to fill out the field of 15 - 1 heat only) (NO Open/Club Teams)
High Jump – 1.86m / 1.45m up to Top 25
Pole Vault – 4.20m / 2.85m up to Top 25
Long Jump – 6.30m / 5.00m up to Top 25
Triple Jump – 12.50m / 10.50m up to Top 25
Weight Throw – 13.50m / 12.00m up to Top 25
Shot Put – 13.50m / 11.00m up to Top 25
 
Implement weigh-in 11:15-12:00 pm and in-between events by the throws cage30 minutes in-between events – first 15 minutes general warm-ups than 15 minutes before for each flight

Throws order  - 1st legal throw will be
Women’s Weight Throw – Minimum measurement – 12.00m 
Men’s Weight Throw - Minimum measurement – 13.50m
Women’s Shot Put – Minimum measurement – 11.00m 
Men’s Shot Put – Minimum measurement – 13.50m
 
Horizontal  jumps - 1st legal jump will be measured
Long Jump both start at 2:00 pm – dual pits   
Minimum measurements: Women: 5.00m   Men – 6.30m

Followed by Triple Jump Women & Men in dual pits
Minimum measurements: Women: 10.50m   Men – 12.50m

Vertical Jumps
High Jump (Women & Men) - both start after 55m Dash Trials – dual pits
Starting heights: Women – 1.45m   Men – 1.86m

Pole Vault (Women – runway opens at 11:15 am) Men follow Women - 1hour open runway
Starting Heights: Women – 2.85m   Men – 4.20m
