3200/3000, Racewalk, and Weight Throw Acceptances
12-19 update:
Schedule will be posted by TUESDAY AM
It is really close to last years schedule
FINAL LISTS FOR WEIGHT THROW AND 3000/3200 will be posted by then
Any consideration for entry into these events must be on milesplit by Monday
If you get rejected from the weight throw you will be guaranteed a spot for SP, and if you get rejected for the 3000/3200 you can enter another event even if closed
There is a meet after ours so that is why there are number restrictions. It's out of my control.

12-18 update:
1. Some of the events are at or near capacity. (First come-first serve)
2. Time Schedule and Final Information will be posted by December 23rd.
(will be similar to 2024 schedule)
3. Acceptances for any events that may require limits ex. 3000/3200, SP, WT will be posted by the 23rd.
4. Anything you enter online you will be billed for as the meet will reach capacity.
5. We are selling T-Shirts and Hoodie Sweatshirts (cash, credit, apple pay accepted)
6. Spikes allowed in all events
7. Any unpaid balances from prior North Shore HS meets (indoors or outdoors) must be satisfied in order to participate on December 30th.
12-12 update:
Dear Coach,
Thank you for entering the North Shore HS invitational on December 30th at the Armory track and field center.
I know it's pretty early in the communication process however here are a few things for you:
1. The meet is going to close out for sure. There is a meet after ours so we have a definite end time no later than 6 pm
Therefore in some events there will be restrictions in the number of competitors that can compete.
The number will be very high but we also have many teams entered.
My suggestion is to enter your athletes as soon as you can and make changes as it gets closer.
2. Since we will be closing out the meet any entry you leave online will be billed.
3. Please send in your meet entry ASAP to complete the entry process.
4. Any school with money owed from a prior North Shore meet cannot compete until the bill has been satisfied.
5. I would use last years time schedule as a general point of reference and will update it as it gets closer.

Dear Coaches,
You are invited to the 11th Annual North Shore H.S. Indoor Invitational meet on Tuesday December 30th 2025 to be held at the Armory Track and Field Center in NYC.
The meet is open to all scholastic teams that are members of the National Federation of Schools.
Athletes must represent their high school. No Club Teams, Or Unattached Athletes.
Sanctioning is being applied for the following states:
NY, NJ, PA, MA, CT, MD, VA, NC, ME, DE, RI, NH
PROCEDURES:
1.Enter your athlete and relays ASAP. As soon as a desired number of teams has been reached the meet will be CLOSED.
2.Print and fill out your meet/contract page
3.Have your AD sign the contract.
4.Submit a copy to your school for payment.

6.ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR SIGNED CONTRACT, your team will be considered accepted into the meet.
YOU MAY MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR ENTRY BY DECEMBER 30th AT 7 AM IN TERMS OF NAMES, EVENTS ETC AS LONG AS THE FINANCIAL INFORMATION DOES NOT CHANGE

ENTRY LIMIT
Each athlete can compete in any three events.
All individual events cost $9.00 per entry
All relay events cost $30.00 per relay
Officials fees will be split between Nassau County Public schools and billed through BOCES.
SPIKE RULES
All athletes can use spikes for all events that adhere to the Armory Track and Field Policy
All spikes will be checked by the Armory Staff
