BUS POLICY: VERY IMPORTANT! Please be sure to tell your drivers NOT to double park on Broadway and only drop off in City bus stops. Then, do not stay on Broadway. Map is attached to direct to bus waiting area, where drivers should wait for your call to pick up when your team is ready for pickup, also at city bus stations. Non-compliance will be recorded by Community Board 10 and transgressors will be formally notified. Thank You!

1. Packets will be available at 7:30am
2. Freshman Starting line is 50 meters southwest of the Finish line; Varsity, soph and jr start is just west of VCP mansion
3. Medals to top 25 finishers in each race will be distributed in finish chute
4. Fine Designs will be on site with the best in official meet apparel
5.Tent Policy: Tents may be raised on the EAST side of the finish straightaway, along the woodline, NOT on the grass to the west of the woodline. Also, NO STAKES may be used to secure tents, only weights.
