ONLINE ENTRIES WILL BE OPEN TILL FRIDAY AT 9:00 AM

BOYS DISCUS STARTS AT 9:30 AM

(ALL OTHER EVENTS 10 AM)

TOP FLIGHT FIRST IN FIELD EVENTS (LJ, TJ, SP, DS)

FAST TO SLOW IN ALL RUNNING EVENTS

 There will be a minimum measurement for the DISCUS ONLY.

There will be no changes allowed at the meet

Friday: heat sheets, and time schedule will be sent out.

USE LAST YEARS SCHEDULE ON MILESPLIT AS A POINT OF REFERENCE-WILL BE VERY SIMILAR

 

OTHER POINTS OF EMPHASIS

 ATHLETE VOLUNTEERS:

We are looking for athletes for community service and free lunch to help rake at both sand pits.

Requirements: minimum 1 hr 

However will give community service for the day.

10:30-11:30

11:30-12:30

12:30-1:30

1:30-2:30

2:30-3:30

3:30-4:30

Dear Coach,

Thank you for entering the North Shore Invitational on Saturday May 10th.

Please adhere to the following information:

Due Dates:

Tuesday: May 6th: All paper entries must be received (email, or text)

Wednesday May 7th:  (for their athletes to get customized name bibs)

Final Online Updates by Thursday May 8th  at noon

All online entries must be submitted on ny.milesplit.

There will be no changes allowed at the meet

Friday: heat sheets, and time schedule will be sent out.
