ALL ATHLETES MUST BE PRE-SEEDED IN ALL EVENTS

Dear Coach,

Thank you for entering the North Shore Invitational on Saturday May 11th.

Please adhere to the following information:

Due Dates:

Tuesday: May 7th: All paper entries must be received (email, or text)

Thursday: May 9th @ 11 PM. All online entries must be submitted on ny.milesplit.

There will be no changes allowed at the meet

Friday: heat sheets, and time schedule will be sent out.
