Final Meet Instructions:

Hi coaches,
Excited to see you all tomorrow at The Armory. Here are your final instructions:
1- Meet start. Doors open at 3pm, warm ups at 3:30pm, first gun at 4:30pm.
2- Registration table. Upon arrival, please pick up your team packet (bibs, pins) and PR Posters.
3- Payment. The registration table is also where payment is made (check to "Garden State Track Club") if you haven't already mailed this out. Again, it's $22/entry and $40/relay.
4- Apparel. There will also be meet apparel (hoodies, shirts, etc) sold in that same area as well.
5- Warm ups. This will be allowed on the track until 4:15. From there, all warmups occur in the downstairs warmup area.
6- Check-in. In the field events, please check-in at the event. For the running events, please check-in at the trackside paddock area when your event is called. This is a big meet and we will run a tight ship. Please be sure athletes are in the right places at the right times.
7- Awards. Shortly after the conclusion of every event, top six athletes and top three relays (top 5 in 4x400) may pick up their medals at the medal table. Also, the winning relay in each relay wins four meet batons.
8- Blocks. Blocks will be provided in the Invitational Sections (top 24/3 heats) of both the 55m and 55H trials and finals.
9- Meet pictures and videos. This will be posted on NJ Milesplit within 48 hours of the event.

No outside food (athletes with allergies should put snacks into a zip lock bag) and beverages (no cases of water, individual bottles can be given to athletes before entering the facility) are allowed in the building. Vouchers are available in any denomination of $10, $15 or $20 at the Refuel Zone Cafe. Coaches can purchase in advance by emailing Brianna: brianna@rcanoevents.com or paying at the cafe upon arrival.
