Course: Race will begin on school grounds and continue onto the Horse Shows in the Sun
property and end back on campus. The surface will be a mixture of soft dirt, grass and packed
gravel.

9:30 AM - Freshman Girls
10:15 AM - Varsity Boys
10:45 AM - Varsity Girls
11:30 AM - Modified Boys
11:50 AM - Modified Girls
Race
Electronic timing - we will have the finish line set up so that runners
can finish & then leave the area - no stacking up in a chute.
Results for the races will be on www.Alpha.Win Timing and Mile Split
NY. Race bibs will be provided the day of the race. Thanks to HITS for the use of their property.
Items of Varying Importance
Ice and AED available at the finish area. A vehicle will also be trailing
the runners of each race and will have an AED and First Aid Kit.
Individual Awards awards go to the top 21 Varsity runners and the
top 10 Frosh finishers. Awards will be put in an envelope for coaches to
pick up at the conclusion of the meet - they will not be handed out at the
finish so runners will be able to finish and vacate the area.

Trophies - top Frosh team and the top three Varsity squads.
T-shirts & Concession Stand adjacent to the building by the finish
line.
