Seeded Heat/Flights

Make sure your athletes know which heat/flights and lanes they are competing in for events that were already seeded found in the attachment below.

For the 200m, 400m, 400mH, 4x400m and 4x100m will we have scratch sheets out by the timing tent.  These sheets will be pulled at 4:15pm and these events will be seeded and posted on the clerking tables.
