ALL ATHLETES MUST BE PRE-SEEDED IN ALL EVENTS

Dear Coach,

Thank you for entering the North Shore Invitational on Saturday May 11th.

Please adhere to the following information:

Due Dates:

Tuesday: May 7th: All paper entries must be received (email, or text)

Wednesday May 8th:  (for their athletes to get customized name bibs)

Final Online Updates by Thursday April 4th at noon

All online entries must be submitted on ny.milesplit.

There will be no changes allowed at the meet

Friday: heat sheets, and time schedule will be sent out.
