St. Anthony's Invitational 2022

Kings Park, NY

Meet Information

51st Saint Anthony's Cross-Country Invitational

Come join us on Saturday, Oct 1st, for an outstanding afternoon of racing. An invitational rich in tradition and excellence.

This year's meet will once again be held at Sunken Meadow State Park in Kings Park, NY.  It is the home of a very challenging 3.1-mile course featuring the infamous "Cardiac Hill" and a wide range of breath-taking terrain.  Many of the great runners from New York and surrounding states have accepted the challenge of running fast on this difficult course.  The question is: will your team do the same?

This is the first year hosting the invitational on a Saturday after competing on Friday afternoon for many years. Races may be added to the schedule if the entries warrant it.

The course records are held by Edward Cheserek and Katelyn Tuohy.  Cheserek broke the record, which had stood for 34 years, with a time of 15:20.5.  The record was previously held by St. Anthony's own two-time Olympian John Gregorek.  Katelyn Tuohy's time of 16:53.0 in 2018 smashed the course record by an amazing 1:07 seconds with her jaw dropping performance!
