** Buses may arrive at 2:45 PM, no earlier please!!
.Coaches: Packets will be available in room 107. There will be refreshments for all coaches.
Please enter your athletes at ny.milesplit.com.
** There will be a brief coaches meeting at 3:30pm in room 107.
Race Times: Jr. High girls - 4:15 PM
Jr. High boys - 4:30 PM
Varsity Girls 4:45
Varsity Boys 5:15
*It is imperative to start the races on time so the varsity boys are not running in the dark.* **We will NOT wait for late teams**
Starting Line: Boxes will be first come, first serve. One box per team. Top runners on the line.
Course: Mainly on grass, on trails with one steep up and down hill.
Tent Area: Teams may set up tents in the field behind the starting line.
Concession stand will be open!!

Parking: Parking: Please drop athletes off at the high school entrance on Route 370. Buses may exit the traffic circle and re-enter the HS and park in the back lot that is to the right of the HS. Additional parking is available further up the road in the middle school and elementary lots. Please do not park buses in front of the high school or in the fire lanes. The parking lot next to baseball fields on 370 will be reserved for spectator parking.
