- 3 athletes per event
- Any 3 events per athlete (including relays)
- Only performances from this season are allowed for seed times.
- No "projected performances" or hand times allowed
- Mile and Two Mile Times may be used as seed times. Conversions will not be accepted.
Frosh/Novice Events

Any freshman can compete in both Freshman/Novice and Varsity events. They may not run the same event twice. For example, they cannot run the Varsity 1600 and the Freshman 1600.
