Women's 3200m, Finals 2- Kelsey Chmiel Goes 9:59 for US #3 May 12, 2017

Kelsey Chmiel & Jacqueline Gaughan turned things up this evening as they posted US #3 & US #5 times in the 3200m.  Chmiel's 9:59 and Gaughan's 10:05 were roughly 20 seconds PB's for both of these athletes as their previous bests in the 3200m were 10:19 and 10:24.  Chmiel's 9:59 makes the NY #3 all time and second in Loucks Games history behind Aisling Cuffe 9:56 in 2011.Chmiel did this all after splitting 4:42 in the DMR the night before as the Saratoga Spring Girls ran 11:41 for US #1.Catch all the action!  -Videos  -Photos  -Articles  -Results

Women's 800m, Finals 4 May 12, 2017

Penacook Merrimack Valley (NH) High senior Kristie Schoffield went 2:08.46 in the girls 800m for a photo finish Friday at the 50th annual Glenn D. Loucks Games, just edging Bedford (NH) High's Leya Salis at the line, who finished in 2:08.59. Four girls ran under 2:11, including Newton South (MA) High's Clare Martin (2:09.91) and Greenwich (CT) High's Emily Philippides (2:10.88). Men's 800m, Finals 4 May 12, 2017

In 2016, at the Loucks Games, Tyler Gleen ran 1:52 in the 800m for a new PB.  History repeated itself this year as Gleen bettered his mark with a 1:51.82.  Gleen's winning time gives him the leading mark in the state of Connecticut and makes him the 16th fastest in the country over a half mile.Catch up on all the action!  -Videos  -Photos  -Articles  -Results
