Pennridge and North Carolina State grad Renee Gunning was 22nd in the Open Women\'s 8 km on Saturday, February 18 in the USA Cross Country Championships in Van Cortlandt Park, New York. Southern Lehigh and Moravian grad Kim Jaick was 52nd in the Open Women\'s 8 km. Saint Pius X and Villanova grad Tom Parlapiano was 30th in the Open Men\'s 4km. And 2005 St. Basil grad Lynn Morelli, now a freshman at the College of William & Mary, finished 28th in the Junior Women\'s 6 km. On Day 2, Rebecca Donaghue of State College, narrowly missed the team with an 8th place finish in the Open Women\'s 4 km, going 12:55. Gina Lucrezi, (Bangor/DeSales) was 20th in the Open Women\'s 4 km on Sunday, while Erin Boyle (Nazareth/Moravian) was 46th in the same race. Baldwin and Saint Francis grad Ryan Sheehan was 24th in the Open Men\'s 12 km. The races will be televised from 12:00 am to 1:00 am on Monday, February 20th on ESPN2.
Eaton finishes 6th in the USA Junior XC championships. He was the first high school runner to cross the line.
