Ellison Grove, the returning Group AAA state outdoor champion at 800 meters, competes today at the Marine Corps Holiday Classic at the New York Armory in the invitational 800 field which features three girls who have ran faster than Grove's 2:11.38 personal best and four others who have ran in the 2:12 to 2:16 range behind her. The race is slated to start at 12:50 PM mid-day on Friday.
