3200 Meter Run - Chris Buchanan of Cicero-North Syracuse got it done, winning in 9:19.58, a new SB and next was Nick Ryan ofFayetteville-Manlius (9:29.34), Dylan Racha of Holland Patent (9:36.89), Ryan Manahan of Marcellus (9:37.53)
800 Meter Run - Zavon Watkins of Liverpool got it done, winning in 1:55.42Matthew Cheney of Beaver River got it done, winning in 1:57.68, a new SB just out-kicking the 1:56.36 by John Delallo of West Genesee, followed by Will Reis of Cooperstown in 1:57.72
