- 4x800 Meter Relay - Fayetteville-Manlius 9:07.90; Holland Patent 9:36.70; Marcellus 9:44.03;
- 800 Meter Run - Heather Martin of Fayetteville-Manlius earned a 2:15.65 win and next was Sage Hurta of Hamilton (2:18.71)
- High Jump - With the bar at 5-5, Nina Zesky of East Syracuse-Minoa gets the gold

- Pole Vault - Sara Young of South Lewis sailed over 10-6 for the win, which is her best throw of the season

- 3200 Meter Run - Chris Buchanan of Cicero-North Syracuse got it done, winning in 9:19.58, a new SB and next was Nick Ryan ofFayetteville-Manlius (9:29.34), Dylan Racha of Holland Patent (9:36.89), Ryan Manahan of Marcellus (9:37.53)
- 800 Meter Run - Zavon Watkins of Liverpool got it done, winning in 1:55.42Matthew Cheney of Beaver River got it done, winning in 1:57.68, a new SB just out-kicking the 1:56.36 by John Delallo of West Genesee, followed by Will Reis of Cooperstown in 1:57.72
- Discus - Louis Kendall of South Jefferson threw a 151-5 to win
- High Jump - With the bar at 6-6.75, Eric Riley of Oneida gets the gold (best clearance this year)
- Long Jump - Hitting a big 22-10.5 jump, Richard Pete of Thomas R. Proctor wins, his top jump of the season
- Shot Put - Nice toss of 54-0.25 for the victory, which is his best throw of the season, followed by: Shawn Mitchell of Indian River (52-7.5)
- Triple Jump - Austin Ashby of Weedsport lept 45-6.25 to get first, his top jump of the season
