Held at Iona Prep in New Rochelle, NY, the Eastern States Championships offers athletes and relay teams one more chance to tune up for states, prepare for nationals, or chase that school record they have just missed all season long.
While the standards are tough they are relaxed enough to allow for many of your athletes to compete.
