New York finally opened its' Cross Country Season and there were some incredible performances this past weekend. Each week, the MileSplit NY crew will nominate multiple athletes and allow you to vote for the Runner of the Week. This week's poll will close on Friday (October 4th) at 2:00 pm EST.

Riley Hubisz (Ithaca) - Won McQuaid in the second fastest time ever since the new Course layout.
Shane Ethakkan (Nanuet) - Won a Letter Race at Six Flags Wild Safari, as the top New York competitor.
Victor Delgado (Hendrick Hudson) - Won the inaugural Admiral Harrier Invite at the Hudson Valley Sportsdome.
Gage Feider (Alden) - Ran the 7th fastest time by a New Yorker at McQuaid, doing so as a solo effort in a Small Schools varsity race.
