New York finally opened its' Cross Country Season and there were some incredible performances this past weekend. Each week, the MileSplit NY crew will nominate multiple athletes and allow you to vote for the Runner of the Week. This week's poll will close on Friday (September 27th) at 10:00 pm EST.

Noah Hilker (Ithaca) - Led his teammate to a 1-2 finish at Baldwinsville, a strong team victory as well.
Gavin Catherwood (Monroe-Woodbury) - Took down the field at Sunken Meadow, leading to a win by 10seconds.
Ethan Verbosky (Maple Grove) - Won the Red Dragon Invite by nearly a minute.
Andrew Lee (Kingston) - Won the merge at the Suffern Invitational, the first time back on the full course at Bear Mountain.
