New York finally opened its' Cross Country Season and there were some incredible performances this past weekend. Each week, the MileSplit NY crew will nominate multiple athletes and allow you to vote for the Runner of the Week. This week's poll will close on Wednesday (September 18th) at 10:00 pm EST.

Riley Hubisz (Ithaca) - Led his team to the best 5-man team performance in the State by Speed Rating average.
Jon Seyfert (Ward Melville) - Led his team to the win in the merge at PreStates, as well as an Individual win in Varsity 1
Will Ditre (Fayetteville-Manlius) - Had the largest margin of victory for any athlete over 170 Speed Rating
Ryan Sykes (Greeley) - Ran the highest Speed Rating of the weekend in winning the Pre State Merge.
