Can State Champs Defend Titles? - Full Federation Preview

Boys Individuals

Breakdown: The top three finishers from Class A have opted to wait a week before returning to racing, but that doesn't mean the race will be any less exciting. Van Furman was one of only three athletes under 16-mins at VVS, and returns to the hills of Bowdoin Park to try and do it again. He's going to be challenged from a pair from Hunter College, who, in unison, went 16:01 at the Bowdoin Invite earlier in the Season. It's going to be a hard fought race. Ethan Green is the next fastest at Bowdoin this year, when he led his team to a Sectional Title in 16:13.

Based on Speed Ratings, this outing can go a multitude of directions. Nicholas Thomas was only three seconds behind Green at States, while Jason Kerber is out for a redemption run, as States was his only off-race of the year. And then, comes streaming in are the team scorers, but more on those in the team discussion.
