2023 NYSPHSAA Boys State Championship Meet Preview

All the lower Class races have parity, and Class B is no different. William Tempest is the top of the field, but only just. He's got team ambitions to fall back on, as does top returner Matt Windecker.  Jess Joe Augustine took second in the Steeple at States in the Spring, which motivated him to try XC for the first time. We'll see if that gamble pays off with the title.
