While last weekend saw the first large scale invitational at Pre-States, this weekend sees the action de-centralized across the State, providing widespread racing from top to bottom. We'll be on-site at as many Invitationals as we can, hopefully outlasting any weather delays from down South, and making the view clearer for the release of the revised State Rankings next week.

Suffern Invitational
Spotlight Athlete: Ava Pennachio (Eastchester), Bobby Mayclim (Lakeland-Panas)
Spotlight Teams: Boys| - Great Neck South - Girls| Somers
Breakdown: After a rain out at Red Raider, the new Bear Mountain layout will get it's first real test this weekend (pending rain). Two loops around the lake should provide some fast times.
Queensbury Adirondack Classic
Spotlight Athlete: Addison Vellekoop (Guilderland), Thomas Isenovski (Saratoga)
Spotlight Teams: Boys| Saratoga, Guilderland, Monroe-Woodbury - Girls| Bethlehem
Breakdown: Section 2 will be racing all out on the course that will hold the State Meet in 2024 and 2026. Saratoga looks to provide a preview of Suburbans on the boys side, with plenty of other Capital Region talent in tow. Bethlehem leads the charge for the Girls.
Bowdoin Park Classic
Spotlight Athlete: Sophia McInnes (Bayport), Van Furman (Tri-Valley)
Spotlight Teams: Boys| CBA NJ, Hunter College HS, Saint Anthony's - Girls| Corning
Breakdown: The Federation Meet course will get it's first real test this year, as some Regional hopefuls take to the hills at Bowdoin. Nationally ranked CBA will provide their typical debut.
John Izzo Classic
Spotlight Athlete: Haylie Smith (Rush-Henrietta), Mikey Flannery (Rush-Henrietta)
Spotlight Teams: Boys| Rush-Henrietta - Girls| Rush-Henrietta, Brighton
Breakdown: The course for the 2025 New York State Meet will be put through it's paces, at the famed "Grand Canyon of the East", Letchworth State Park.
Six Flags Invitational NJ
Spotlight Athlete: Madyson Moroney (Pearl River), Ryan Tuohy (North Rockland)
Spotlight Teams: Boys| North Rockland - Girls| Pearl River

Spotlight Teams: Boys| Ithaca, Burnt Hills, Auburn - Girls| CNS, Auburn
Breakdown: Many breakout stars from VVS will be coming right back to Section 3 to take on this flat and fast course.
East Aurora Invitational
Spotlight Athlete: Lillie Bogdan (Frontier), Connor Domoy (Oakfield-Alabama)
Spotlight Teams: Boys| Fairport - Girls| East Aurora
Breakdown: Some of the best talent in the Empire State can be found in Western New York, and this invite may be the deepest of the weekend for in-state talent.
