It is the week of Pre-States for the 2023 Cross Country Season, and for many, Vernon-Verona-Sherrill High School is the end goal. That's the location of the 2023 NYPSHSAA Cross Country Championships, where team and individual glory comes to fruition.
The course has changed since the venue last hosted the tournament in 2022. The course created a competitive environment, while also providing one of the best spectator courses in the Empire State.
Through the maple trees capturing syrup, and around the back fields full of corn. Up and down the winding trails, with a good hill underfoot twice. Check out the full map below, with the video walkthrough above.
