Connor Domoy1213177
Logan Clark11539157
Eli Williams1119-134
Eli Loesen10--118

Outlook: There is a big gap between leader and the rest of the pack, but it still allows for good motivation. It's a young team behind Domoy, but this is their year, and best to strike while the iron is hot.

Tri-Valley (Bears)

Section 9

States Teams: 1975 (C-6th), 1976 (C-3rd), 1977 (C-3rd), 1988 (C-2nd), 1990 (C-3rd), 1991 (C-2nd), 1997 (C-6th), 1999 (D-2nd), 2000 (D-5th), 2017 (D-9th), 2021 (D-1st)

Van Furman1122172
Craig Costa12313159
Connor Weyant121862122
Noah Edwards12--106
Boe Mueller11--69

Outlook: We've seen the coaching staff create a team the year prior, and the Tri-Valley boys are one runner away from moving to that top projected spot in the rankings. A senior heavy team means they have the experience, now they have to put it to the test.

Pine Plains (Bombers)

Section 9

States Teams:

Nicholas McPherson1211-140
Maxwell Heggenstaller12--139
Daniel McPherson1017-121

Outlook: Of all the top teams, Pine Plains is the most balanced. The bigger the field, the better their position, as they can push displacers for the teams ahead of them further down the list. We'll see if they can stick together in the smaller fields of States, and create the waves needed.

Bloomfield Naples (Golden Eagles)

Section 5

States Teams:

States Individuals (Top 10 finishers): Drew Reigelsperger (2022, 5th), Jude Rischpater (2022, 7th)

Outlook: A top runner leading the group, the Bloomfield boys will look to battle it out in their Section, vying for that ever important trip to States.

South Lewis (Falcons)

Section 3

States Teams: 2003 (C-1st),

States Individuals (Top 10 finishers): Josh Arthur (2004, C-2nd), Sam Anderson (2010, C-7th), Collin Stafford (2021, D-4th)

Michael McGrath1118-135
Dakota Maciejko1033-113
Aiden Maciejko1165-89

Outlook: There are some questions here on Stafford, who elected for Football the year before. The teams' status rests largely on him, but with him in, and some improvement on the backend, they could shoot right to the top of the podium.

Frewsburg (Bears)

Section 6

Outlook: Looking to head back to the State Meet, Maple Grove has a well balanced team of mixed grade levels. It could create the separation they need to make the trip to VVS.

Tyler Boliver1113-131

Outlook: One of the more storied programs at any classification in New York, River has the tendency to develop new runners. While some may see a sophomore squad as one that is in transition, Beaver River could get the jump start they needed to be competitive at the State Level.
