Boys Eastern State Championships - Teams
Recap: This race was expected to be one team above them all, and it didn't disappoint. CBA improved upon their perfomance at Bowdoin Park, and added Easterns Title #7 to their collection. More than half the points of the next best team, CBA had a 28-second spread, while averaging 12:53.2. For reference, that mark is 7 seconds faster than their 2011 National Title winning team.
Behind them, and including the merge, the New York State Rankings are starting to get settled. Corning is clawing it's way back to the top of the rankings, despite an off-race from their typical #3 runner. Saint Anthony's comes home on their heels, and looks to be in the Top 2 in the State at the time of this writing.
