Choosing a list of top 10 teams is tough until the season opens up and we can see how teams have come together maybe by the time of the Pre-States meet. The team speed ratings listed are a very general average of the projected top 5 runners of 2020, and somewhat more fine-tuned averages will be used for rankings as the year progresses.
