In its 36th year of honoring the nation's best high school athletes, Gatorade has announced the two winners for the annual Track and Field award for the State of New York. Brooke Rauber (Tully) and Emanuel Joseph (North Rockland) both headlined their respective events in both Indoor and Outdoor Track, amidst a year of limited competition. Both find themselves atop the All-Time lists at the end of their career. Rauber is #3 All-Time in the Outdoor 5000m, while also #8 All-Time for the Indoor 3000m, as well as the 2000m Steeple. Joseph holds the Indoor State Record for 55HH, and is #11 All-Time wind-legal in the 110 Hurdles Outdoors.
