Eight New Names To Know From Spring Track 2021

Grade: Freshman

Highlight Performance: 12.31 FAT wind-legal for 100m in NY #3

Pre-COVID - Typically when athletes start out fast as freshman, they've had some involvement in the AAU scene prior, and Daley is no exception. Competing as early as 2017 or before, Daley has shown her speed. As a 8th grader, Daley was still running for Explosion Track Club, and clocked a 7.34 in the 55m dash at the Ocean Breeze Invite Youth Division, dropping that down to 7.29 at the USATF Youth meet.

Now - Once in High School, and running for Holy Trinity on Long Island, Daley has continued to improve, undefeated within the CHSAA both Indoors and Out. She took home second overall at the Ocean Breeze Elite Meet with a PR of 7.24. Outdoors, the winning has continued, with a personal best win at the New York Relays in a wind-legal 12.31. This youngster has a bright future.
