Why We're Excited: He threw 67-4.5 as a Sophomore, and is back ramping up the speed in the rotation.  It's hard to knock out Class State Records in New York for the Weight Throw, but his underclassmen status shouldn't shield him from being the favorite.  In fact, he'll have extra motivation, as Webster Thomas could sweep both genders' of the event at States.
