Maine-Endwell won last year and has everyone back.

S5-B runner-up HFL has its top 6 back while Mendon lost five of its top 7.
6East Aurora, Amherst, Lake Shore
The Blue Devils enter the season as the favorite for a States title.
7Beekmantown
Beekmantown is back up in Class B and will take a relatively short trip to Plattsburgh for States.
8Manhasset, South Side, North Shore
A great three-way battle in S8-B is expected with Manhasset having the best balance in the preseason.
9Goshen, Rondout Valley, Saugerties, Red Hook
With States champ Cornwall moved to A, Goshen should rule in S9-B
10Malone
Malone (Franklin Academy) is the only S10-B squad.
11Kings Park, Mt. Sinai, Westhampton Beach
Reigning S11-B champ Kings Park has a more balanced squad, while Mount Sinai and Westhampton Beach need to find runners.
