State of the Action: Very few athletes have managed to capture an individual State Title from Section 10.  Kyle Fulk joins only Marty Beauchamp and Dan Prahl to ever do so, definitiely in elite company.  Fulk had company through one and half miles, but saw the opening and capitalized.  He would win by almost 15 seconds, a dream of his ever since his first trip to the State Meet.
