could see this as an unrivalved opportunity to race the DMR fresh,
something unable to happen at Penn due to Middle School restrictions.
They'll need to chop off about 10 seconds to get a shot at a State
Record here, no small order, and they will have plenty of competition. Saratoga Springs took 4th in the race North Rockland set the record in, and did so on quite tired legs. Suffern
has a balanced squad ready to roll, and won Indoor Nationals the year
before. Mamaroneck are the National Champs for the 4x800m, and have
something to prove in the event that seems tailored for them. Bronxville, Sachem East, Ursuline, and Shoreham
all have major anchor legs, and could bring quite a few teams under
12mins. Talk about your big races, and this one will stand atop the
