4x200m

Surely one of the highlight races of the day, as TC Williams opens up a monster lead on their second leg with Noah Lyles.  However, Pennsauken had a monster leg of their own on anchor, and he closed the 40m gap quickly, and made it a battle to the line, the closest finish of the day.

Abington comes away with a big win against a loaded field, as Newburgh moves further in NY #1.

4x800m

Morris Hills officially gets the nod as the first team under 8mins for the 2016 season, but West Islip wasn't about to simply hand them the title.  The two battled back and forth, but it was all the anchor leg for Morris Hills, with the 1:53 leg that would make him US #1 in the open.

Perfectly suited for Newburgh, they win with a US #2 performance on Friday night.
