4x800m Morris Hills officially gets the nod as the first team under 8mins for the 2016 season, but West Islip wasn't about to simply hand them the title. The two battled back and forth, but it was all the anchor leg for Morris Hills, with the 1:53 leg that would make him US #1 in the open.
SMR Perfectly suited for Newburgh, they win with a US #2 performance on Friday night.
