4x200m Paul Robeson is ready to drop something special here, despite already being US #1. Riverdale Baptist-NJ, Bullis-MD, and Essex-NJ will be right in the mix to push that pace early. 4x400m When the national record holding SMR passes up the chance to run the event, you know they have something in the works for here. Rush-Henrietta may be seeded behind Bullis-MD, Penn Wood-PA, and Columbia-NJ, but we wouldn't be surprised to see the standings switch. 4x800m Burnt-Hills looks to be coming down from Section 2 with a decent squad, so who knows how fast they can go here. The top seed will have to face off against Walter Johnson of MD, who has a strong squad themselves. | |||||
