The Sweet Home 4x800 won uncontested in a NY #4 10:12. Lancaster crushed the 4x200m, taking an early lead to stay out of the handoff chaos and winning by over a second to now rank NY #7. Shaker had no difficulty taking the 4x4 top spot. Winning after an earlier heat lost the lights 3 separate times during the race. Shoutout to all the athletes in that race, as none of the stopped racing

Athletes who doubled in the 3200m and 4x800 had to wait nearly 7 hours to step back on the track again. Sweet Home returned it's top distance guys to win easily and now sit at NY #8. The 4x200 on the boys' side proved to be the only close relay of the meet. Canisius used their talented 55m athletes to give them a narrow edge over Sweet Home.
Amsterdam dominated the 4x400 behind anchor Izaiah Brown and his unofficial 47.64 split. They briefly held the top spot in the nation until Xavier dropped a 3:25. Amsterdam now sits at US #2.
