Boy's Varsity Track MVP: Donald Williams Jr: All-American team captain led his team to their first Outdoor PSAL Team title with a big win the 100m dash. As a former Midwood miler and X-Country runner, class of 1961, I am impressed to see the size of the team (male and female) and that it continues to maintain its records.

I'm so hype to hear that da 4X400 not only made but won at the Millrose Trials last week with a blazin time of 3:24.93. This puts them right in position to take it all at the Games in a few weeks at Madison Square Garden. The indoor season for da Hornets is getting better and more special by the week. If this team continues to stay focused like they have from day one, the best is yet to come!
