Perry's Rationale and Wrapper: | Fayetteville-Manlius and Northport both ran really strongly at conference championships to boost the TRs in the 1st and 2nd spots. Most of the teams immediately behind the current two leaders ran to their levels in conference meets or used them as preparation for state qualifiers. Corning had an impressive run at STAC. and Liverpool won the the CNYCL National race over Baldwinsville to move up. Webster Thomas was tops among the Class A teams at Monroe to go to the front of the queue there. Syosset was tops of the Section 8 teams, but it did not go head to head with Calhoun, which had an easy win.
Kyle's Comments: | Biggest jump here was Northport, who moved into that coveted second spot in NY. It will remain unseen if Arlington and St. Anthony's are looking to still peak, and all will be spoken for at the state meet. Warwick is also very close, and could put silver in jeapordy. It looks to be an amazingly close field for NXN-NY if the teams choose to pursue that route. |

Perry's Rationale and Wrapper: | The top four leaders all won conference races close to form as Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons took the Big 10, Pittsford-Mendon beat the giants at Monroe, Franklin Academy dominated Section 10, and East Aurora won the ECIC. Tappen Zee beat Pearl River at Rockland to move into the 5th spot. Port Jervis, Queensbury, and Westhill got good boosts in their meets to move up. Most of the sectional battles now appear to feature a fairly sizeable favorites except for those in 1, 9, and 11.
Kyle's Comments: | In a very top heavy Class B, state meet locals Pitt-Men are looking to hold off a very strong NDBG. Some close races in the sectionals this upcoming week, hoping that all Sections are actually able to run them. |

Perry's Rationale and Wrapper: | Collegiate continues to lead at the top, and Pawling and Fonda-Fultonville both ran true to form to seemingly set up a battle at States. Rhinebeck, Alden, and Hannibal are at least small favorites to win their sections and hang just behind the leaders.
Kyle's Comments: | Collegiate still maintains a healthy lead in Class C, but the race for top individual is going to be very close, with competitors vying from all reachs of the state. |

Perry's Rationale and Wrapper: | Mount Academy continues to amaze with a 3rd at Orange County. Beaver River ran well at the Adirondack Invite to firm up its hold on Section 3, and Barker and Maple Grove are set for a great battle at state qualifiers in Section 6.
Kyle's Comments: | Mount Academy looks to a firm leader. WIll be interesting to see who takes 2nd place. |
