Cross Country season (2011) has ended and Jake is now resetting his body and mind for indoor track. Two meets down and 4 months to go. 2011 Indoor Track as of 12-10-11..3200m 10:29 and 1600m 4:58. His goal by the end of May (Outdoor) is sub 10:00(3200m) and sub 4:40(1600m). Lofty for sure but I know that he won't stop trying. (Dad)
