Long Jump
The Class meets did not all have optimal conditions for jumping, and the only one who got a season's best there was 4th seeded Anichka Malachi who finished 2nd in Class L and is the top returner from the 2021 Open with a 4th place finish. The 1-2 for Class S of D'Jior Delisser and Saryah Winborn have both gone over 19-0 this year and Class L winner Audrey Kozak is close at 18-10.5. Throw in four other jumpers who have gone past the 17-6 mark -- Shalisha Robertson, Mariella Schweitzer, Jasmyn Bransford, and Erin Brennan -- and you have a big pack of LJers who could win it all on the right day.

Triple Jump
5th seeded but top ranked Saryah Winborn who has gone to 38-9 this year was three feet short of that mark while finishing 2nd in Class S, but the heat on early Tuesday afternoon may have played a role there. Top seeded and 2nd ranked Anichka Malaki was 2nd at the 2021 Open, while Class S winner Laniyah Henderson was 3rd last June and 8th seed Audrey Kozak was 4th. Class M winner Laci Davis and Class LL winner Tia Stapleton should also be contending here.

High Jump
The Class meets' HJ was hit hard by weather issues. Four HJers come into the Open at the top seed of 5-4 including LL's top 2 of Tia Stapleton and Audrey Kirkutis and L's top 2 of Shaelyn Murphy and Avery Pitts, but nine qualifiers have gone to that height during the season including S's 1-2 of Rowan Houston and D'Jior Delisser, and Rosa Volpintesta, Kathryn DeSousa, and Kylee Barnes. Kirkutis was 2nd at Penn Relays and went to 5-8 in April, while three weeks ago Stapleton hit 5-6 while winning at Loucks. Victory goes to whoever wakes up with the springiest calf muscles.

In another vertical event that battled the weather elements, top ranked Class M winner and indoor Open champ Ellison
Weiner comes in with a 12-0 best on the season. Top seeded and Class MM winner Talia Graham comes in with an 11-6 PR there. Class S champ Allison Vigue comes in at 10-6, while Sarah Warden has also hit that height.
