Long Jump

Mariella Schweitzer added more than seven inches to her season's best at the Class M meet to take over the CT #1 spot. On any given day in the long jump, anything can happen, and D'Jior Delisser, Erin Brennan, and Sarayah Winborne have all gone further than 17-6. Fairfield Ludlowe's Tess Stapleton won in 2020 at 19-6, and the meet record is 19-9 by Branford's Tahari James in 2004.

High Jump

Audrey Kirkutis pushed her PR up to 5-6 to win the LL title. Shot Put

Of the top three throwers, only L champ Olivia O'Connor got her season's best at a Class meet, and Savannah Soleau and Marina Perry have both gone above 39. Jennifer Whipple and Shalisha Robertson are above 36 on the season, so this could be a very competitive battle for the top six places. Bloomfield's Alliyah Boothe won with a big 44-11 toss in 2020, and the Open record was set by Tynisha McMillan of Stamford in 2006 at 46-11.75.
