How impressive was Katelyn Tuohy's 35.32 Beastly margin over the reigning World Juniors XC champ Kelsey Chmiel of Saratoga at States in 2018 when she set a meet record of 9:09.71, second best ever in NY to Mary Cain's 8:58..48 as a pro? This is just unfathomable, and though Tuohy's margin over Chmiel in 2019 was more than cut in half, it was still a mind-boggler. Not sure we'll ever see this level of Beastliness against super elite competition ever again. | ||||
