Enrique Lopez Garcia is the only hurdler back from the last year's finals, in which he placed 4th, and this year the top ranked Class S champ has brought his time down by three tenths of a second and is a slight favorite in the Open. Osarentin Osagie repeated as LL champ this year, and he should be right up there and looking to redress last year's result when he was 8th in prelims and missed the finals. A third guy who could challenge is LL runner-up Lorenzo Garcia who got down to 7.66 in a win at the CCC.
